I need help asap!

My valorant account been banned for almost 4 months, the acc is banned when im out control of it and even so when i recover it at the same ticket, I said that i am facing an ban on the account and i even gave all the proof that the account im the owner of it but they didnt help me, if there anyone who could help me enough please?
