If they closed the case and it can’t be re-opened you will most likely stay banned. You can try to open a ticket again of course, but that does not mean you will be unbanned.
Did you cheat though, or are you saying this is a mistake? If you have cheats for other games downloaded that might also be what got you banned.
did you try to make another account ? it is hwid ban ? if yes, thats def unbanable unfortunely,
the only solutions is to wait 120d then create a new account

you can look up the error on valorant and it'll show you solutions for the errors
