How do I fix the penitentiary of recharging instantly like do I just let it recharge naturally can someone explain this to me

It is in the manual. It's called the recovery code.
I know but is it possible to do without the code cause to me the code feels like cheating but in a rush I will use it but I'd like to know how it works and how to fix it without the code

Just transform regularly and wait for it to time out normally, and let it recharge normally
Keep doing that and it will automatically improve the penalties
