However, my case has already exceeded the normal waiting period, and the rejection I received wasn’t related to missing information — it was due to “another complaint,” which is out of my control. I’m simply trying to understand how my case can be properly reviewed when the system keeps rejecting legitimate owners.

I appreciate your response, but I hope the support team can actually look into the evidence instead of giving automated results.

I already contacted in-game support multiple times and provided complete evidence, and they still rejected my request due to “another complaint,” which is outside of my control.
Emailing support leads to the same automated replies.

My question wasn’t “where to contact support” — I already did that for months.
My question is: how can a legitimate owner get a fair review when the system automatically rejects cases even when all proof is provided?

I’m not asking for special treatment, only a clear explanation of how the system works when there is “another complaint” involved.

Contacting them again will only lead to the same automated response.

I’m not asking for a link or an email address — I’m asking for clarification about how the system handles cases where there is another complaint involved, because this is the only reason my recovery was rejected.

Bro, I’m facing the exact same issue. The new account recovery system is very poor its blocking legit players like us from getting our accounts back:
1. What questions are they even asking the hacker? He already sees all the in-game info, so of course he can answer.
2. My device of years is “untrusted,” but the hacker’s device (1 month) is trusted but how?
3. How is a 7-year owner rejected while a recent user gets approved?
4. Is this policy just to reduce customer service pressure? No action, no fixes.
5. They even restricted me from submitting new claims, and I provided everything from 2018–2025 for nothing.

And Dima SuperCore customer service didn’t reply to me at all.

No one have the answers for historical questions only the original owners and what about invoices hacker doesnt have them too and im sure they don’t ask him historical questions only something can answer or they accept his claim just because he own the account now 100% something wrong !! they decided that 1 month device used is trusted !!!!!

Please note regarding the Google Form we filled through Discord for account recovery:
For the past six months, not a single player on the entire sheet has received approval. This shows that something is clearly wrong with the form or the review process.
