I can't log into my account
Basically yesterday I downloaded an app called valostore where I can check my valorant shop on my phone, idk if it's the cause of me not being able to log into my account
I didn't play yesterday but somehow I can't log into my account and I'm pretty sure I didn't get banned. Anyone has any idea how I got logged out?

Any 3rd party app that has access to things like valorant store or some apps that can even control match queue and agent select all use riot games's private API, therefore if you use any of these type of apps you are willingly giving the developers of those apps full access over your own account

Personally I only trust one app called spike hub, because most of the apps that use private API store our credentials into their own system, and in multiple reviews of this app the developer claimed that they use the riot games's official log in website and all credentials are stored at riot games center, only a digital key (or something like that) is given to the app to access it.

@¥_¥ i found that app through google, and it has many red flags. First of all and the most obvious are the reviews, second is the download size (cause how do you expect an app that has this much stuff to only take 13 MB size?) third is their app support, NO APP USES A SPOOF EMAIL, IT IS ALWAYS SOMETHING LIKE GMAIL, HOTMAIL, OR THEIR OWN COMPANY EMAIL.

Most devs in the discord are engineers not player support, we can't help with that unfortunately
The only advice I can give you is to find information about your account that only you would know. Things like transaction IDs from your emails, the rough dates that you bought things, etc
