Hello i know this might be annoying but i kinda cant play valorant anymore im on windows 11 and i get kicked out after 20-30 mins and i get van 185 or van 84 or van 102 all of these mostly. If i got to event logger it says my secure boot keys needs to be updated and i should do it to standart not costoms it still says the same i re installed vanguard and valorant i also went on services made vgc automatic firewall valorant and vgc to be honest nothing worked i am so done i just wanna play in peace and not get kicked out i only have nividia app on discord and val vgc nothing elss expect logitech g hub can someone maybe please help me i went to bios several times i lost hope in everything i dont know if i should re install windows but i doubt it will help

i asked chat gpt many times youtube tutorials etc and NOTHING REALLY NOTHING HELPED
Also when i try load in sometimes it just stucks in the middle for no Fricking reason after the error code nothing really nothing works expect restarting pc every 20 minutes

3. Fully restart your PC

are you using any third party softwares or connections? i saw on another reddit post that having your riot account connected to other platforms can disconnect you and cause the van 185 error, as they are trying to connect your account/read your account whether it’s tracker, apps to check the store, etc etc.
I use an app called val store but its only on every acc

then remove your account data from the app completely, then reinstall vanguard, then restart pc. if you do plan to use apps/programs/3rd party software only do it when you’re not playing then after checking remove your data/sign out to prevent any disconnections.

yes, my friend had the same issue and it fixed for them.
if not, then the vgc could also be randomly stopping. so check what cpu priority vgc.exe is running at while valorant is launched, make sure it’s at normal. make sure to have vgc.exe at automatic in services not manual.
from another reddit post, hi, here's the fix that worked for me for van 185 error. delete the file at C: Windows\vgkbootstatus.dat > uninstall riot vanguard fully using revo uninstaller > run command prompt as admin type or copy paste these separately sc delete vgc sc delete vgk > restart your pc (not shutdown and start, use the restart button option) > open the game VALORANT shortcut again in order to reinstall Vanguard (you might need to restart the PC once again during this process). thanks to DarkBeing from riot games player support for this fix, i hope this helps you fix the issue.

If anyone has gotten any fixes,I've been having this problem for over a month now and believe me I have tried everything. Flushing my dns, resetting it, reinstalling valorant and vanguard, disabling ipv6, i turn on vgc in services before opening valorant but it still crashes with different error codes each time, VAN 84, VAL 5, VAN 185, 184 and the list goes on. I've submitted multiple tickets, gotten multiple replies and solutions but none of them worked. It's frustrating because every time I start a match, I'm always anxious because the game might crash anytime. Sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesn't. I don't know what else to do now. It literally happened an hour ago, twice, two games in a row. Riot basically told me it's probably my internet but I've been playing valorant for 2 years, it never happened before, started only a month ago and never got fixed. The only solution would be to change my cpu of which I can't do rn.

The sage game was where i got kicked out after the game i reseted my ethernet and my wifi also runned val as admin and did vgc start up automatic etc.. and now i think it works
And disabled ipv6

this might sound crazy but a few weeks ago valorant was working fine, then, i pirated a game off steamrip and all of a sudden it gave me all these kind of errors, once i deleted the said game its been running smoothly for almost 2 days now. im no expert in all of this but im pretty sure theres something bugging w the vanguard

I got VAN 185 and VAN 5 today. I was in range for like 20 mins and after I got out of there it disconnected. I know its a different problem, when i try to go back in game i gets stuck at loading screen and i have to restart everytime.
