Issues and feature requests with The process Integrator

Some issues: - When i setup the recipe for project phase items, when i setup example, output 13.333 copper coil, is setup as 13.334 and the 13 coils are output with the phase item too. - When you use an item as both an intermediate and a final product, the output window shows the total created amount, not the net. During production, it outputs this total number, effectively duplicating materials. A tiny imbalance leads excessive production of intermediate items. - When the power consumption of a machine is uncertain, such as a converter, particle accelerator, or quantum encoder, the correct power consumption is not calculated, but is calculated as 0.1 MW per machine. A request: I've encountered an issue where a Process Integrator machine, is not correctly reporting its maximum power consumption. This makes it difficult to adequately plan and balance the power grid, as the actual peak usage is not reflected in the power overview statistics. @AndreAquila
