Toast Notification via Satellite Service

Hi All, Is it possible to have notifications show via satellite service? My Son has a PC with hass agent and satellite service installed under my admin account. This allows the satellite service to report sensors for his PC without him meddling and getting access to the actual Hass.agent config. Toast notifications work fine when I'm logged in but when my son is logged in on his account it doesn't log anything?
