Best coat for winter

Hi everyone!
Im looking for a winter coat. My current coat a suitsupply vicenza coat (size 50) is tight so i cant have any layers on when i wear it and feels very thin so its not really good for nordic winters.

Im thinking of buying a new coat and i have been looking at this private white vc coat https://www.privatewhitevc.com/products/the-woollen-crew-coat-navy
or this coat for from berg and berg
https://bergbergstore.com/products/nelson-tweed-raglan-coat-navy-1

My style is mostly jeans with chelsea boots and a shirt sweater combo but i also want to be able to wear the coat over a suit and my budget is about 1200 eur but hopefully i can snag something on the blackfriday sale for 1000 eur.
Witch coat do you guys think is best for winters?
Do you guys have any other recommendations?
