Please tell me, is it possible to contact someone from Riot Games technical support via private messages here? I have encountered a very serious problem that, unfortunately, has not been resolved for a long time through Riot's official email support. To be honest, this whole situation is starting to weigh on me mentally, because I'm trying to get help, but to no avail.
I really hope to hear from anyone who can help me solve my problem in any way.
I'll briefly explain the situation:
I bought a used computer (i.e., one that had been used before). A few days later, when I had some free time, I installed Valorant. Nothing foreshadowed trouble until I suddenly received a VAL5 ban. As it turned out later, the previous owner of this computer used cheats in various games and received HWID bans. Now I find myself in a situation where I am not at fault, but I am the one suffering. The person I bought the PC from has stopped responding, and Riot Games' email support cannot help me solve this problem, despite my repeated attempts.
I really hope that here I will be able to reach someone from Riot Games support or people who can point me in the right direction. I really want to sort out this situation as soon as possible and get back to our favorite game, Valorant, because fair play has always been a matter of principle for me.
