Connected Accounts (XBOX)

So with every game I play I usually like to connect my XBOX/Microsoft account to it, and I noticed that my Riot profile also had this option. I was wondering if my Riot account could potentially be in danger if my Xbox account were to be breached, and if they could use my Xbox account to access my Riot account... For other games like R6, I know the answer's no, but I was wondering if it still held up for this game, just to double check before I connected it. Thanks!
