game window disappeared?
Hello. I'm a Complete noob to linux and bazzite so bare with. Switched to Bazzite on Desktop- using legacy for gtx1080 and the KDE download it provided. Everything is working great on the desktop. Games launched from steam very well, EAC stuff handled and played a bit. But I've ran into a mad issue I can't find any help on, so a friend directed me here-
The game (Darktide) previously launched fine, in a window - as I play all games in windowed mode. Then on one launch, it disappeared. I can hear it running, but cannot see it, or see a panel of it when hovering the left top corner, nor does its icon appear on the taskbar at the bottom. I don't know the reason for this or how to fix it. I can hear the game now, steam says it's running, but it's SOMEWHERE xD When launching, the title window opens on screen as normal, then it does the building shader cache etc. Then the icon at the bottom disappears. My cursor suddenly jumps up to the Store tab or around that area. That's all the details I have.
My system is- gtx1080/i78700k 32GB ram
1 Display/Monitor at 1080p
Apologies if I've posted this in the wrong place.
Edit: This seems to happen only with this game right now. I reinstalled it and it reset, the window reappeared on launch, but at 1080p- a window at full screen but still windowed. Fine. I changed the resolution and Video settings to my desired 16:9 window. It changed and worked great, until I quit and came back, relaunched and it did the disappearing act with audio as stated above.
