Lost access to CF account

Hello all, hoping for guideance on an issue. We're trying to login to cloudflare and our owner of our admin account is no longer with the company. We're in a work outage right now. What's the best way to get a hold of someone from Cloudflare support?

How exactly did you lose access? Don't have the admin's 2fa? Did the admin use a private email?

No, the admin used their business account, but the person left the organization and we did not setup a break glass account. I'm trying to get a hold of support as we're at a work stoppage which is impacting revenue generating platforms.

Can you not access the admin's email address if it was a business email? What is the actual domain?

The domain is registered at GoDaddy.

You can create a new Cloudflare account, change the nameservers at GoDaddy and use that to gain access to the email.

And then you can use the email to regain access to the old account if you still need that.
