Ranked System

Really demotivated to play the game at the moment because i really dont believe this is right at all. How can i go from P1 to ASC 3 in V25 A: 5 then in V25 A: 6 I start at Asc 3 40-50RRish and go +29 Games and be in ASC 2.... HOW. I NEED TO UNDERSTAND WHY THE RANKED SYSTEM IS SLAMMING ME THIS HARD. I UNDERSTAND BEING UP 2-3 GAMES AND BEING LESS THAN WHERE YOU START BUT 29. AT AN AVERAGE OF 35 MINUTES A GAME THAT IS NEARLY 17 HOURS OF GAMES THAT I WON BUT ARENT REFLECTING! IM NEGATIVE RR THIS ACT MAKE IT MAKE SENSE SOMEONE PLEASE
