- Budget in numbers
- Specific measurements
- Openness to buying secondhand and/or online
- Location: country/continent is fine
- Timing/urgency

- price doesnt add any value to a purchase, a $15 sweater you dont need or want bad is not worth $15
- hard to answer what colour for you, you have your own tastes in colour palettes
- i would personally buy neither because i dont think they look great
so yea what beans said if you want one choose the colour you like more
