- is geyser/floodgate up to date?
You need viaversion iirc
So, read what it says. „Server is using an older version“ - is that true? If no, what could be the problem. If yes, try installing ViaVersion on your server, that should enable crossplay between different versions, eliminating the issue of different server versions
I have updated geyser but it still shows up
