Cloudflare proxy
Hello. I would like to report an issue, but based on diagnostics the problem is likely outside of Cloudflare.
When the Cloudflare proxy is enabled for the domain api.takeoffer.ru, DNS resolves correctly to Cloudflare IP addresses 188.114.96.5 and 188.114.97.5. However, connections from my ISP never reach these IPs. The TCP handshake times out before reaching the Cloudflare edge.
I performed an MTR with TCP packets on port 443 directly to 188.114.96.5. The results show that traffic does not leave my ISP’s internal network. The packet loss occurs inside the provider’s infrastructure. The route never reaches any Cloudflare network hop. My origin server at 194.58.98.52 is fully reachable and responds immediately over HTTPS, so the origin is functioning correctly.
It appears to be an upstream routing failure between my ISP and Cloudflare edge nodes. I am sending this to let you know in case it affects routing on your side or if you can confirm which Cloudflare region normally serves 188.114.96.5 for this domain.
