Changing default autostop duration and using decimal values

As title says, is it possible to setup the template in a way so I can predefine the autostop duration.
I have read through https://registry.terraform.io/providers/coder/coder/latest/docs but didnt find any config that would allow me to change the default value

Other than that, is it possible to set the auto stop duration to say 0.5 hours? (30 minutes)
