Config check not wanting to run with nondescript failure message
I tried to run config check in my guild (i also had a role with administrator permissions) and Lurkr responsed the first message, then i added all permissions to my administrator role to rule this out and got the second response.
The problem was that Lurkr wasnt allowed to see or write in that channel and had no perms as @ everyone had all perms overridden on false in that channel.
I dont think the behavior was false but i think that the error message was pretty misleading so i would like more solid error responses if possible.

yep, the error message is wrong
it should say "The bot needs [...]" instead
