Inari Fox

This "Inari Fox" Vandal skin concept was born from a sudden burst of inspiration I had today, drawing heavy influence from the famous Fushimi Inari Shrine. The design features a unique reload mechanic where the small magazine box at the bottom opens automatically, and as the operator shakes the gun, the bells inside ring out to summon a small spirit fox that jumps onto the weapon and blows on the extinguished fox fire to relight it. The kill icon is depicted as a fox mask surrounded by sacred Shimenawa ropes and spirit flames. For the finisher, upon killing the last enemy, spirit fire engulfs the ground and transforms into a rising majestic Torii gate flanked by two small foxes sitting on stone pedestals; players can approach and press "Y" to pick up and hug these foxes, and if the player scores an Ace, a massive Inari Fox deity will manifest in the center of the gate.
