Game randomly crashes either while playing or while idling and paused!
• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 5600
• Motherboard: Gigabyte B550M K AM4
• Graphics card: Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 Super 4GB (ASUS Phoenix OC)
• RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 3000MHz C16 – Black (CMK16GX4M2D3000C16)
i've tried:
updating gpu driver
verifying game files
running as admin
running directly from the .exe instead of through steam
disabling steam overlay
disabling discord overlay
and not using mods!!
so i did make run with win 8 with windowed mode if can make the game stable
someone said it could be a memory leak or a problem with Windows 11, I don't know to be honest. and happens too with Jurassic evolution 2 too sometimes.
only theses games crashes random.
other games running all okay.
buuut i suspect when i pause the planet zoo with 3x speed and alt tab and i go into browser to check here sometimes and the game crash
when i pause is 1x or 2x, 3x speed maybe game paused with alt tab can be cause of problem?
i removed discord and spotify and i use all in browser.

but not resolved :T when i checked all tickets 🙁

The problem is that my playtime has already exceeded the refund period, and I've gone over 1,000 hours.

if you’ve tried everything else, emailing them is the only way
especially because it happens with two of their games
you can submit a ticket for both, in the pz ticket mention it happens w jwe and vice versa
I understand now that there's a high volume of tickets I've seen on the screen, and sometimes I forget to reply :T and they close after a while without responding to the reply

they always send a reply that there’s a high volume of tickets lol but just pay attention to when they reply to you, mark it as important and reply asap

if you really wanna fix your games and nothing else has worked this is the only way honestly
