Update nameservers for Cloudflare-bought domain

I have the Last step: Update your nameservers to activate Cloudflare message on my domain's Overview page, but I bought the domain on Cloudflare. From what I've been reading, it seems like Cloudflare should have auto-configured nameservers for me since I bought the domain there.

I noticed because the domain was removed from my account after 60(?) days of not updating them. Seems like this will happen again if I can't change them.

Caveat: not sure if this matters, tldr: my Cloudflare account email is on a Google Workspace account that went through a rebrand, so while I used to log in with ex. @test1.com I now log in with @test2.com (it's the same account, was not recreated - it can be changed in Google Workspace settings). I no longer can sign in to the old version and the alias @test1.comis even no longer redirecting to @test2.com. It might be the case that I bought the domain on Cloudflare while signed in as @test1.com (just over a year ago) - not sure if that would cause some weird edge case where it's not doing this config for me.
