Performance Issues on Neon Local Environment with Large Database (170GB)

I’m running a Neon local development environment with a database size of 170 GB. I’m facing connection timeouts while restoring the database, and overall query performance is very slow. I’m trying to configure it with an Odoo 17 application as part of a POC on my Azure Ubuntu VM (16 vCPUs, 32 GB RAM).
