is it good practice to bundle whole runframe into cli?

it's non-ideal but otherwise we would have to load it from the internet
currently its being bundled, covering over 11mb on cli size
yea that's all the code used by
tsci dev, i don't know if there's an alternative, we're basically bundling a web app into tsci dev
we should reduce the size but a lot of it comes from bundling the webworker version of eval and all the RunFrame stuff into the runframe standalone html file
