Micro stutter every time I alt-tab
So whenever I alt tab in or out of the game I get a microstutter that seemingly reloads every text in the game, like it literally jumps between 2 sizes of font before not lagging anymore. It's almost like it freezes for half a second then stops. I can try to record it if need be. In case its important, I use NVIDIA.

lmk if this isnt good enough to show the issue, but I showed in game, buy menu, and home UI all with alt tab out and back in.
I only just got back into the game and had to reinstall it. But none of my settings were changed or anything like that so im not sure why this started happening. it never happened about a year ago
havent made any hardware changes to my pc or changed any nvidia settings or anything like that either

disable wifi adapter
Press Win + R → type: control → Enter
Go to Power Options
Click Change plan settings (next to your active plan)
Click Change advanced power settings
Expand:
USB settings
USB selective suspend setting
Set it to: Disabled
Click Apply → OK
and do this
restart pc and try
still does it
connect to wifi and disable eth adapter
see if you still lag
