Y graph issue

Hello, my printer was unused for about a year and now I'm recalibrating it. I just did input shaping and the graphs are a little confusing. My X axis looks mint with a nice spike and 18.9k mzv. The issues start on the Y axis where I'm getting some weird stuff on my graph and only 6.3k mzv. What could this be? I'm having some suspicions based on my bed meshes that the gantry is twisted, could this affect the Y shaper? Thanks a lot of any expertise
