Bazzite Write Error

Hi all, first I'm brand new to Linux so this may end up being simple but I can't seem to find a solution. Been playing games, watching video and general PC use pretty easily for a bit now (except a little proton prodding now and again) but now Factorio won't load giving me an error about not being able to read a font file. I tried the usual of restarting steam, restarting my PC, reinstalling the game, verifying game files, switching proton version. But then the problem seemed to spread. When I load up the PC initially everything is fine but after a couple hours of use, even dolphin won't open and throws my a write error talking about var/home/.../.config/dolphinrc and so does nearly any interaction to do with reading/writing to the drive. I also tried to take my nvme drive out and place it back in. I attached some screenshots to do with the error and my disk (I used the auto-partition option while setting up bazzite). But now I have no idea what to do. (On a side note, I have no idea how to look at drive health, or if there is something from Bazaar I can install.)

Thanks for reading and your patience. Loving the distro apart from this issue.

EDIT: (A friend thinks it may be either something to do with the partition or perhaps my drive is dying but we can't figure out which, if either.)
