Its not just a matter of creating shapes, we need to make sure that the paths are long so that we only do cold abalation Pads are literally falling off the pcb

I don't have the context but wdym short paths ml ? I just Wana know this is cool

You give a command with a path to the laser which it'll follow, So ig we need to have more data represented as the same path For example a connected net can be a single path, at least that's what I understood

Correct!

So we need to make them in a single polygon shape?

Shapes are just the visual representation

I think we need to have a two phase process First phase we get all the cutting geometry Second phase we compute a single long cutting path I also need to calibrate the laser a bit, since it seems to get less powerful further from the center quick update on this- i attempted to implement this for a bit and it seems LightBurn doesn't really support this behavior of having a "single long cutting path". I am going to run some experiments tomorrow but we may need to make layers or something- i'm not sure but it seems like i might need to compromise by making the laser just move slower i think it's ok to continue doing what we were doing with generating shapes, i have a hacky solution i can run in the interim where i have to just manually press a button for each pass
