why would gravity be an issue with flat earth?
What is the issue with gravity in most flat earth models, where mass is distributed almost evenly? Why do some flat earthers tell me I cannot accept gravity, or that gravity as we know it is incompatible with flat earth? I don't see the issue with this, we don't have to deal with "centrifugal mass".
BTW this isn't a discussion of whether gravity is real or not, this only presumes gravity. I am willing to discuss gravity as a subject on its own as well in a separate post.

Maybe start by actually defining Gravity
something never proven to exist being assumed is asinine. Things agjust up or down based on the medium it's in. For example, a pieced of wood in the medium of air adjusts downward, whereas the same piece of wood in the medium of water will adjust upward. There is no "gravity". It's all about the medium.

i have no idea what "most flat earth models" even is.

First of all , we don't read minds. Second of all, there is no experiment that can determine the cause of a falling object that exists.
the very fact the cause gets conflated with the effect and that mass has no intrinsic meaning should tell you something.
"In ordinary language the word MASS denotes something like amount of substance or quantity of matter, these CONCEPTS themselves being DEFINED NO FURTHER. The concept of substance is considered self-evident.
In Physics, however -- as we must very strongly emphasize -- 'THE WORD MASS HAS NO MEANING' other than that given by formula (6). It is the measure of the resistance to changes of velocity."
