Git Clone error

in every virtual box and in standard terminal running a git command feeds me the following error

fatal: unable to access 'https://github.com/winapps-org/winapps.git/': Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 9052 after 0 ms: Could not connect to server

I have cleared everything related to git on my system and reinstalled but the issue persists any help would be appreciated
