Is vertexai/gemini-3-pro-preview actually usable via vertexAI() in Genkit? I see it in the list, but calls fail with an error, while it works via googleAI(). Do I need a specific region or some kind of allowlisting / early access from the Gemini team (e.g. Paige Bailey or Logan Kilpatrick), or is it not supported yet via vertexAI()?
