Help with a player crashing

FabricOne of my players is having a weird crash for a custom modpack, they've updated their drivers, deleted options.txt, but basically the game will freeze on them and basically force it to close. It's a bit odd because the screen will freeze while the game is still running,
so like you can still here the minecraft menu sounds being changed/interacted with, but the screen doesn't unfreeze.
