Games from epic games wont launch

I followed another post that I saw on here, but wasn't sure what to do after pulling a log.
Tryied launching a few games and all of them dont do anything after I click on the play button. After a few seconds it just times out and the play button shows back up. I have tried this in both gaming and desktop modes. Thanks in advance for the help.
