Solution
- Open the Task Manager > Details tab
- End the task on all VALORANT, Riot Client and VANGUARD-related apps/services
- Open the Control Panel > Uninstall a Program
- Uninstall Riot VANGUARD
- Open CMD as Admin and type these commands:
- sc delete vgc
- sc delete vgk
- Navigate to your C: Drive, then Program Files
- Find the VANGUARD folder and delete it
- Open the Riot Client and click update
- Restart your computer after the update
After you’re done with that:
- Press Windows key + R
- Type services.msc
- Look for vgc
- Right-click on vgc > Properties
- Change the startup type to automatic
- Start the services (if not started already)
We will be waiting for your response, thank you.
do this
Honestly, if that fixes it, I’d be surprised.
its not tpm issue
something shutting down vgc

Yeah, I know, but this error is always a pain in the ass
Its the infamous 1067 :val_CAUGHT:
wow
Is it that bad ?
It gets fixed by the most random things
Sometimes just restarting the router
Have you installed anything recently?
Sometimes vanguard
Sometimes changing the time zone on the pc
💀
Sometimes a whole windows reinstall doesn't work
@logan is your time zone set correctly?
Also sometimes changing the language to english on the pc
1) Go to Settings for the Windows computer.
2) Click Time and language > Language and region > Administrative language settings > Change system locale.
3) In the Region Settings dialog, make sure that the Beta: Use Unicode UTF-8 for worldwide language support checkbox is selected. Click OK to save any changes.
4) Click Apply.
Next up, go to:
Start > Settings > Time & language > Date & time.
There click on sync now.
I still had it saved lol
