pipewire-codec-aptx isn't installed, I can't figure out how to install

I need fedora package pipewire-codec-aptx so that my Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones can work correctly. Otherwise it just defaults to AAC which causes a lot of ugly audio stutters especially when in a game.

I see that in No Access, it says it supposed to be already installed but this says otherwise:
$ rpm-ostree install pipewire-codec-aptx

doesn't work.
Solution
It worked until the F43 update. You can get the package by enabling the rpmfusion-free repo and then layering it: sudo dnf5 config-manager setopt rpmfusion-free.enabled=1. Once it gets included again, you will need to remove the layer (and disable the repo) again.
