Not quite sure where to put this, notes taken when transfering system from sd card (openplotter in this case, doubt it makes much difference) to ssd. https://shop.pimoroni.com/products/raspberry-pi-m-2-hat?variant=53500768616827

Looks right. M2 hat. It's what's getting 100GB of files loaded on it at the moment. 😎
Well that was weird, everything identical but in a different place the realvnc server on the Pi went all grumpy and would just send about 1 frame per second tested with glxgears. All sorted with tigervnc on the Pi, should anyone find this from a search looking for something like raspberry pi openplotter vnc slow >
- sudo apt install tigervnc-standalone-server
- tigervncpasswd ~/.vnc/passwd
- tigervncserver :1 -geometry 1280x720 -depth 24 -localhost no
- https://sourceforge.net/projects/tigervnc/
Realvnc viewers still work on android & win11 though the tigervnc viewer seems a bit nicer.
