Billing and Subscription Issue: Pending Invoices & Overdue Balance

Hello can someone help me from CF team with my Cloudflare billing and subscriptions.

My subscription was cancelled, likely due to a pending invoice that was not paid, and I now have a pending overdue balance. This invoice resulted from an error I encountered during an attempted upgrade to a Pro service. My first two upgrade attempts were unsuccessful i don't know why, displaying an error message each time, before the third attempt finally succeeded.

I now have these pending invoices and an overdue balance, and have been receiving numerous daily emails from Cloudflare requesting payment, even though I am already subscribed to the desired service. I submitted a support ticket, but I have not yet received a response. Additionally, attempting to view my submitted case redirects me only to their documentation, preventing me from tracking its status.
