@Seve I was creating docs for panels, and I found out boards auto-route insipde the panel outside the board, I think it's a core issue I'll look into it

This is interesting. I think a test should be that the boards inside a panel should route exactly the same as those boards by themselves.
Is circuitJson built boards inside panels also supported already? This may be my solution to be sure but I’d love if I didn’t have to go through that extra step.

Yea eventually we’ll cache the circuit json for the same board.
The autorouter is currently sensitive to XY rounding, so i would try positioning the board thats routing weird in that same position in XY space because it might not be related to panelization
The XY rounding issues are being partially fixed by @0hmx in a new autorouter version
(They are due to the capacity node phase)
