This glitch appeared after I updated my mods yesterday. Calamity's latest update broke every addon, forcing them all to update.

Calamity still has issues with all mods that have custom water/lava colours/styles, causing instant crashes when the game tries to load them. A fix from Calamity is required to restore compatibility.
