DH breaks the in game rendering when enabled showing a blank screen

Forge/Neoforge🛠️Mod CompatibilityHello, I tried to install DH on forge 1.19.2, but when the mod is enabled and I load into my world the screen is completely blank and there are no menus. The minecraft windows just shows a blank world, you can see the skybox but no blocks, hotbar, cross air, etc and when I press escape my mouse cursor unlocks from the window but the pause menu does not show. To close MC I have to alt f4 or click the X on the window. If I have the mod installed but disable the rendering in the mod options, my world shows fine but enabling the rendering reverts the game to the blank screen again. I'm not running any shaders, just optifine on forge with my other mods and nothing from the incompat list. Any ideas what could be causing this?
