Zenless Zone Zero failing to work

After launching the game in Heroic Launcher, I can successfully open the Hoyoverse launcher but after that the screen doesn't load and there seems to be a glitched Unity decal (sorry I don't understand programming much)
After that it crashes and stops the process of the game running
