Water/ocean chunks occasionally flickering/blacking-out.
Water/ocean chunks flickering/blacking-out (every few seconds, minimum). These water/ocean chunks, just beyond my render distance (set at 12 chunks) rapidly turn black then reappear, even loaded chunks when I've been sitting in the same spot for a while. I read the FAQ carefully. I've tried everything, including setting cull to 1.0, 0.5, 0.1, 0.0, as well as modifying the overdraw feature for my DH-compatible shader (photon-iris-stable; not that the shader matters for this visual glitch, as any other DH-compatible shader does the same thing). This video shows my exact problem:

Any help would be appreciated!
Edit: doubling my render distance from 12 to 24 greatly improved the issue. Seems to run well so far (probably because I'm out on the ocean) but I set it to 12 because I'm using heavy shaders and patrix 128 at 1440p, which is about what my 3080ti can handle. Ignoring the issue is difficult since even on land in survival mode, it's very distracting to see flickering out on the sea.
