I am experiencing a persistent issue in Valorant where my D key randomly becomes unresponsive for 1–2 seconds during gameplay. This happens unpredictably at any moment — sometimes simply pressing D results in a freeze.
Additional context:
This started occurring after the most recent Valorant patch.
The last update on my system was Nvidia graphics drivers downloaded from the official Nvidia site.
Keyboard details:
-Model: Keychron V1 Max (75%, wired)
-Firmware: latest update applied
-Debounce: DEFER PER KEY, 5 ms
-Polling rate: 1000 Hz
Troubleshooting already performed:
-Updated keyboard firmware — double-presses outside Valorant resolved.
-Verified D key works in all other applications and games.
-Applied config edits (bRawInputBufferEnabled=False and bUseOGLForInput=False).
-Played in Fullscreen mode and disabled overlays (Discord, NVIDIA, MSI, etc.).
-Verified mouse polling rate is 1000 Hz.
Despite all of this, the issue still occurs randomly in Valorant, suggesting a game-side input handling problem.
I would appreciate guidance or escalation to the development team, as this significantly affects gameplay. I can provide a short video demonstrating the issue if required.
