Tips and tricks for spoofing (IOS)
I want to use IAnyGo. I have IOS. Is it good? I have couple of questions
Do you have a graph on timers. Like when I jump from europe to US. Whats the longest wait time? I heard it was 120min? Is there a list anywhere?
What is the max speed for walking so it shouldn’t ever get detected for a ban?
And for example how do you catch a hundo that occurs on the other side of the world. Do you need to wait and make your mobile appear online for the next 2+hours if you want to catch it?
Also how do you do 5 star raids when you need to spoof more then wait time of 120min is that even possible with a strategy since a 5 star raid is only available for like 2hours total with the hatch time calculated.

I use iMyFone AnyTo, it seems it is relatively the same as iAnyGo. I use it for years, and its reliable.
1. You only need to consider cooldown when you actually do trigger an action. An action like Spinning a Stop, fight a raid, catch a Pokemon. After an action, you need to consider the cooldown before next action. You can look up for "Cooldown Rules" on Google. 100KM distance between actions, need 2 hours cooldown. Catch Pokemon in US, wait 2 hours, Catch Pokemon in Japan.
Additionally, there is a cooldown timer utility in the iAnyGo/AnyTo to help you.
2. Walking speed should be around ±10km/ph, I always enable "realistic mode" on using path. This probably will random speed from 8km/pu to 10km/ph during the walk.
3. Read point 1. But, when you for example stay in New York, you can catch the hundo, and then wait for 10 to 15 mins before you catch another.
4. I would do raids in New York (around bryant park), or any other hotspot. And just stay there to do raids, the cooldown is from less than 1 minute.
Important note: Before teleporting, close the PoGo app.

What I do to get my Shundo's for example:
1. PoGo app closed.
2. Copy/paste Hundo coord in AnyTo and teleport (from anywhere in the world)
3. Open PoGo app
4. Encounter the Pokemon
5. If it shiny, I catch.
6. Close the Pogo app.
7. Wait 2 hours
8. Repeat from point 1.
If points 5 is not shiny: Repeat from point 1.
There is no cooldown, because I didn't catch it. Encountering is not triggering for cooldown.
So much appreciation for this detailed answer. Thank you! One thing is not yet fully clear. So if I am teleporting over 100km I can catch a pokemon instantly? So there is no need to wait after teleporting 2 hours? Just teleporting + doing an interaction enables the cooldown? I thought it was doing teleportation then when you want to do an interaction, wait 2 hours then after 2 hours do the interaction and after for example catching or doing a gym raid then you can just do another teleportation to another place. If i want in that other place to do something I need to wait first these 2 hours depending on how long time ago I did the previous one and how many km I travelled

Then teleport & instant catch and only when I do this interaction of catching wait 2 hours?
Since I was thinking it was teleportation then wait for cooldown then after cooldown catch
If your last action was at least 2 hours ago, you can teleport anywhere and catch the Pokemon.
Then, before catching another one that is 100km or further away, you need to wait 2 hours. Then you can catch one again.
Okay that sounds clear. And what about when I catch one and just walk from there like in new york central park. So no teleportation but just walking. Do i need to also wait for the 2 hours cooldown?
If you catch one in New York central park, and you want to catch another one in New York central park, you can just walk and catch. The cooldown is less than a minute.
Distance: 1 km is < 1 min cooldown
2 km is 1 min cooldown
3 km is < 2 min cooldown
5 km is 2 min cooldown
7 km is 5 min cooldown
etc. you can look those up.
Correction: 100km is 35 mins cooldown. 1350km is 2 hours cooldown
Im from europe. So teleporting + catching in NYC Central park gives 120min cooldown. But if I just walk there around I can keep catching? Only when I teleport more then 1km I need to wait the 120min + 1min before doing another trigger ?
I'll make it more practical:
Scenario 1:
If you wake up, and you teleport to New York straight away from the start, you can just catch one right away in New York. And then catch another one in New York if you walk there, without cooldown.
Scenario 2:
If you wake up, and you catch a Pokemon in Europe, then you need to wait 120 mins before you catch one in New York.

hi mate I have finally made my spoofing work. Now i am wondering do you have a suggestion on setting my speed (in m/s) for hatching eggs? Like what's the most profitable speed for hatching it without getting the " im a passenger" alert.
Also I was wondering I have just caught a hundo. 2hours cooldown now. But like a hour ride with the car is new york. Can I just set my travel with navigation to new york and what should I set the speed (with car in m/s) that is not detectable. Also if I enter new york after I finished my navigation can I just catch them there without having the cooldown since I travelled " by car or by foot" ?

I use 9 km/ph with "realistic mode" on for walking speed, so also for hatching eggs or completing walking km distance tasks.
You cannot by-pass the cooldown. If you caught a hundo in Europe, you need to wait at least 2 hours before you can catch one in New York.
Also, 2 hours cooldown is way faster than "driving" from Europe to New York. In my AnyTo I can set 120km/ph max, that would takes days before I get to New York.
But, if you in New York initially, and catch a hundo, you can drive 120km/ph towards the next one in New York and catch that one. This is also applied for raids.
