Issue With Klipper After Switching From 0.4 mm to 0.2 mm Nozzle
setupI am having an issue with my rattrig 3,1 printer. After switching from a 0.4 mm nozzle to a 0.2 mm nozzle, I started getting the following error during printing:
Move exceeds maximum extrusion (0.234mm^2 vs 0.160mm^2)
See the 'max_extrude_cross_section' config option for details
I have already updated my printer.cfg and set nozzle_diameter: 0.2 in the [extruder] section, so Klipper correctly recognizes the new nozzle size.
In Orca Slicer, I have also configured everything for a 0.2 mm nozzle, including:
Nozzle diameter: 0.2 mm (set in Printer Settings)
Layer height: 0.1 mm
Line width: 0.2 mm
All of these values are set directly in Orca Slicer.
Does anyone know what the problem could be?
