Project being paused due to free tier and insufficient data

SolvedHi guys, I haven't used this function on discord before, I was directed here with my query. I am doing a longitudinal project on supabase on free tier, and i got an email saying that due to free tier and not enough/any data coming through, my project has been paused, and after 90 days I won't be able to reactivate it. I'm really surprised to hear this. I'm more frustrated and upset as I have a massive project and due to the nature of it there will be periods where data is not coming in. I have spent so much time, effort, and energy in this project and coding to link supabase , it acts as a 'backend' in my project. I am just a student i cannot afford paid tiers, hence why i joined supabase free tier as that what seemed best at the time. I would rlly appreciate if someone can advise me pls thank you. I did send a ticket to them but they said as im on free tier there is no guarentee ill get a reply, which i find quite odd too, it was suggested to look on discord community.
