Paused Project

So after going back to re-enable an old project so I can continue the job hunt, I see that after 90 days you cannot unpause them anymore. I do see I can download the data but is there really no way for me to setup a new project from the old one? I can't clone it, I can't upload what I've downloaded and tell it to build from that? I'd prefer not to spend a day creating an identical project
