Do I have to uninstall my games and programs ?

Alright so, ive decided to put Bazzite on my PC to replace windows. But before i do, I have questions. Specifically about my games and programs. I know they arent compatible with Linux by default, so I am not sure if I have to deinstall and then reinstall all the games and programs that are compatible with Linux. So, how does this work ? What do I do in prepiration ?
