If you would like to appeal a game ban, please open a ticket either in https://discord.com/channels/693237498264027156/870560678912593930 or online here. You can find additional information regarding bans in our support article.
If your game ban appeal was already denied, that means the moderation team had determined your appealed account did not qualify for an unban. In that case, your appealed account will remain permanently banned, and you will no longer be able to make further ban appeals for that account.
If you believe your ban appeal was unjustly denied, you can go to the https://discord.com/channels/693237498264027156/1038907594821079090 channel, select
Report a Moderator and fill in the necessary information. That will put you in touch with the administration team, who will make the ultimate/final decision in your case.
