There is a bug on my account in where Stream video minutes reset to 3,000 minutes, and I cannot upgrade it. Throws Internal Server Error.
We had it set up and working for like more than a year, and was serving clients with a storage size of 12,000 minutes, but suddenly it is all bugged and reset.
Got contacted in both Community and Support case, but unfortunately, got hold on both, and I'm not getting any more updates for a week.
Are there any alternative measures I can take instead of just waiting?
